Happy Alpaca – 24 km from the hotel
Forty minutes to Lachowice. Six huacaya alpacas you can feed and stroke – but only if you call ahead.

Six alpacas and one rule: phone first
The alpaca farm in Lachowice keeps a herd of six huacaya alpacas – the breed with the dense, crimped fleece. It is 24 km from the hotel, about forty minutes by car.
There are two options. The Poznaj alpaki (Meet the alpacas) session is about forty-five minutes of feeding and stroking – PLN 70 for a group of up to six. The other is an hour’s walk with the alpacas through the meadows: PLN 120 on weekdays, PLN 140 at weekends.
The farm is open all year, but by prior booking only – turn up without calling and you may find the gate shut. Children go in from about the age of three.
When you get back
The afternoon goes by down at the stream
Forty minutes back from Lachowice and the afternoon is yours. There is nothing to plan: behind the hotel a large stretch of grass runs down to the Jaworzyna, and children find their own things to do there.
- A wooden swing with a rope ladder and a trampoline on the grass
- Sun loungers and hammocks right by the water, the barbecue shelter a few steps away
- A playroom with table football and a slide, if it starts to rain
- The indoor pool and the paddling pool at 34–36 °C are open until 22:00

Park Czarnego Daniela deer park
Fallow deer, red deer, llamas, goats and sheep in large paddocks, fed from your hand. The ticket is a bowl of feed, about PLN 12 per person. A visit takes 30–60 minutes.

Rabkoland in Rabka-Zdrój
Thirty-four rides on the market square in Rabka – from a carousel a two-year-old can ride to roller coasters. One ticket at PLN 99–109 covers them all. Open from late April to September, in warmer years into October.
