Park Czarnego Daniela – 10 km from the hotel
Twenty minutes to the far end of Zawoja. The animals eat from your hand and the ticket is a bowl of feed – for many children it is the strongest memory of the whole stay.

The park has been running in Podpolice since 2008, at the far end of Zawoja – 10 km from the hotel, about twenty minutes by car. The animals are kept in large paddocks and you can feed them from your hand.
There are fallow deer, the black ones among them that gave the park its name, red deer with Śnieżka the white hind and Hubert the stag, the llamas Antek and Inka with their young, and goats, sheep and horses as well. Photography costs nothing extra.
You buy your entry as a bowl of feed – about PLN 12 per person. The whole visit usually takes between thirty minutes and an hour, depending on how much feed is left.
Before you set off
- The last kilometre or so is an unsurfaced road, and the car park is a short way from the gate
- In the summer holidays the park is closed on Sundays – check the day
- The animals are fed only with feed bought on site

Closer than you think
There are horses four kilometres away
If all you want is time with animals, and twenty minutes in the car with a small child is too much, Stajnia Dyzma in Wełcza is three times closer.
- Stajnia Dyzma: 3.7 km, lunge rides from about 3–4
- Las Przygód high ropes park: 1.4 km, twenty minutes on foot
- On site here: a playground, a playroom and a paddling pool at 34–36 °C
