The quiet is
one floor down

We are a family hotel and we do not pretend there are no children here. But the Wellness area has two levels: the pool and the paddling pool upstairs, and down the stairs – the saunas, the indoor hot tub and the way out to the outdoor one. That part is yours.

A really good place for, say, a weekend for a couple or a trip with a group of friends. The outdoor hot tub and the loungers by the river – the best!

Quieter ranges

Babia Góra can get crowded in season. If you want a trail to yourselves, take Polica (1369 m) or Jałowiec (1111 m) – there are far fewer people and the routes are well marked.

The stream and the hammocks

The Jaworzyna runs right past the hotel. By the water there are sun loungers, hammocks and a barbecue shelter. In the evening you can light a fire.

A view without the climb

The chairlift up Mosorny Groń stands 3.5 km from the hotel. The ride takes ten minutes and at the top there is a viewing tower – 24.5 metres, free to enter, and in clear weather you see from the Tatras to the Silesian Beskids. Down by chairlift, or on foot in about forty minutes.

You could not tell at all that the hotel was full. You really do feel this is a small place with everything you need on site. The spa area was better than we expected. The stream is a wonder.

What does the Just the Two of Us package include?

One night in the room of your choice, a candlelit dinner, a bottle of wine in the room, an aromatic massage for two in a room with two treatment tables, the Wellness area with no limit on visits (the outdoor hot tub included) and 10% off spa treatments. Breakfast, bathrobes, parking and Wi-Fi are in the price as well. The package runs for one night – we set the dinner and the massage on the day you arrive.

Does the massage happen in one room for both of us?

Yes. We have a room for two where you lie side by side and the treatment runs at the same time. We usually do it on the day you arrive, because the package is one night. We agree the time before you get here – call us as soon as you have booked the stay: +48 33 877 51 98.

Does the outdoor hot tub work in winter?

Yes, all year round. The water is 34–36 °C, so frost outside is no obstacle – rather the opposite. The hot tub is part of the lower sauna area, next to the indoor pool and the Finnish sauna.

Is the hotel quiet, given that families come here too?

The Wellness area is split over two levels. Upstairs there is the pool with the paddling pool, and that is usually where the children are. Downstairs – the saunas, the indoor hot tub and the way out to the outdoor one. That is the quiet space and that is where we point couples – from 18:00 only adults go into the sauna area. We are not an adults-only hotel and we do not pretend to be one.

Can the candlelit dinner be moved to another evening?

The dinner is on the day you arrive – it is the only evening of this stay. We agree the hour with you here, or by phone beforehand. The restaurant is open until 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until 22:00 on Friday and Saturday; in the summer holidays, the winter holidays and over Christmas it is open until 22:00 every day – last orders half an hour before closing. If it is your anniversary or a birthday, say so when you book.

Can we add anything beyond the massage in the package?

Yes. Among other things we have the VIP suite with a private sauna, an infrared cabin, a hot tub and an experience shower, and spa rituals (85–110 minutes, PLN 400–450). Ask reception what is available on your dates.
