You choose from four spaces: two rooms in the building, the roofed shelter by the stream and the lounge at Villa Jawor. All of them are within a hundred metres of each other, so the group walks from one to the next in a minute.

You have four spaces to work with. Two rooms in the hotel building: the Babiogórska – 80 m², up to 60 people – and the Góralska, 50 m², for small training sessions and work in a smaller group. Then the roofed shelter by the stream, also 80 m², and the lounge at Villa Jawor for 20 people. A group can change places during the day and nobody has to get into a car on the way.
The layout, the equipment, the catering and the timing of breaks are agreed when you book, around the format of your meeting. If you can choose the day – Monday to Thursday works out better.

It is the right place for workshops, brainstorming and strategy meetings for up to 30 people. Here tradition inspires, technology supports creativity and good ideas come easily.

A small space for big ideas. The roomy lounge in the villa takes up to 20 people and gives you comfortable conditions for board meetings, networking, workshops, training or strategy sessions. Away from the bustle of the hotel there is a 50-inch TV, a flipchart and a coffee buffet put together to match the meeting. The large table makes for easy discussion, for sharing experience and for building relationships that count. Quiet surroundings, full concentration and a space where good ideas take shape and networking comes naturally.

We set the room up
for your format
We do not list the equipment here, because we would rather confirm the details than promise blind. The layout of the room, the technical equipment, the catering and the timing of breaks are agreed when you book – once you have told us what will be happening in the room.
Write or call with three things: how many people, which dates, what format (conference, training session, workshop, board meeting). We will send back a proposed layout of the rooms, a plan of the breaks and a price.
Layout
Theatre, workshop-style, at tables – we match the layout to the programme and the number of people.
Catering
Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner from the hotel kitchen. Regional Beskid cooking and Polish classics. Tell us about special diets 24 hours ahead.
Coordination
There is an event coordinator on our side – one person you settle everything with, before and during.

How many spaces for meetings do you have?
Four. The Babiogórska room – 80 m², up to 60 people. The Góralska room – 50 m², small and lined with timber. The streamside shelter – 80 m², roofed, with roll-down clear walls and heating, so it works all year round. The lounge at Villa Jawor – up to 20 people, when you hire the whole villa. All of them within a hundred metres of each other.
How will you lay the room out?
However suits your programme. The Babiogórska room takes up to 60 people; for workshop-style work we set the tables out differently and then the number comes down. Tell us how the day should look and we will suggest a layout.
Do you provide equipment and a sound system?
On site we have a projector, a screen, a sound system and a flipchart. The Babiogórska room is air-conditioned as well, and in the lounge at Villa Jawor there is a 50-inch TV you can plug a laptop into. If you need anything beyond that, tell us when you book and we will confirm what we have and what we bring in.
Can coffee breaks be outdoors?
Yes. Right by the hotel there is a shelter above the Jaworzyna stream – a good place for coffee, a short workshop or lunch by the sound of the water. It has roll-down clear walls and heating, so a break outdoors does not depend on the weather or on the time of year.
Can participants stay the night?
Yes, we put groups up in the main building and in the villa above the stream. You arrange the rooms for the whole group together with the conference room, in one call to Katarzyna Górny: +48 530 087 098.
When is the best time to book a room?
If you can choose the day, aim for Monday to Thursday. Prices are lower then, there are more dates available and the hotel is quieter – it is easier to concentrate in the room and to have a calm break.
