A session to the sound of the stream

A few dozen metres from the conference room stands a roofed shelter above the stream. In the morning you can move the workshop there, in the afternoon take your coffee break, and in the evening light the barbecue. Even if it rains, the programme does not have to change. You simply move between the spaces – with no car and no time lost.

The shelter stands above the Jaworzyna stream, a few dozen metres from the hotel building. It is roofed, so you can move part of the programme there without checking the forecast every five minutes. After three hours in the room, a change of place does more for concentration than another coffee.

During the day – a workshop session and coffee breaks. In the evening – a barbecue or a campfire. Next to it there are swings, an outdoor gym, sun loungers and hammocks, so anyone who wants ten minutes away from the group has somewhere to go.

Brainstorming, a retrospective, talking in smaller groups. No projector and no darkened room – sometimes that is exactly the point.

Coffee and something sweet from the hotel kitchen, served by the water. Fifteen minutes by the stream works on your head differently from fifteen minutes at the machine in the corridor.

The end of the day with no stage and no microphone. We agree the menu and the time in advance, and the team arranges the rest of the evening itself.

What if it rains on the day of the meeting?

The shelter is roofed, and the sides are closed off by clear roll-down walls – rain and wind do not interrupt the coffee break or the campfire. On cold days there is heating, so a meeting under the shelter makes sense outside the summer too. If the weather really overdoes it, plan B is one floor up: the Babiogórska or the Góralska room.

How far is the shelter from the hotel?

A few dozen metres, above the Jaworzyna stream, which runs right past the hotel. Walking from the conference room to the shelter takes less time than the lift in an office block.

Will you put on a barbecue or a campfire for a group?

Yes, the shelter is set up for barbecues and we have a place for a campfire there. The menu, the hour and the number of people we agree when you book, together with Katarzyna Górny: +48 530 087 098.

What is there next to the shelter?

Swings, an outdoor gym above the stream, sun loungers and hammocks. You can sit by the water, you can do some exercise, you can do nothing at all – in a break everybody needs something different.
