An exhibition and tourist information at one address
The memorial room is in Wilczna, the same hamlet as the hotel – a few minutes on foot. The collection is small: photographs, mementoes connected with John Paul II and a film.
The Zawoja tourist information office is based in the same building. That can be more useful than the exhibition itself: you will get up-to-date information on conditions along the trails, and local souvenirs.
Entry is free. From May to August it is open 8:00–19:00, from September to April 8:00–17:00.
Before you head out
You can ask about the trails at reception first
The tourist office keeps opening hours; our reception does not. If you are setting off early or coming back late, it is simpler to ask downstairs.
