Terms for staying with a pet

in force from 2 March 2021

• You can stay with a pet (a cat or a dog), except for breeds of dog classed as aggressive under Article 10(3) of the Polish Animal Protection Act of 21 August 1997 (ustawa o ochronie zwierząt).
• A stay with a pet is possible in Comfort rooms.
• Animals should stay in their owners’ rooms.
• A stay with a dog or a cat costs PLN 50 per night.
• You are to tell us when you book that you are travelling with a pet.
• A pet can stay only with its health record showing up-to-date vaccinations and proof of worming.
• Pets must never be left alone in the room.
• Pets are to be walked on a lead, in the care of the owner or an authorised person.
• Pets are not allowed in the Wellness area or the spa rooms.
• If you want to bring a pet into the restaurant, please agree it each time with the staff and with the Guests who are there.
• The owner of the pet is liable for any damage it causes.
• Dog owners are to clear up after their dogs around the hotel.
• Cat owners must have a litter tray with litter and empty it into a plastic bag, which then goes into the bin a member of the hotel staff will point out.
• A room with a pet in it is cleaned at the Guest’s request.
• Where hotel reception has not been told about a pet in the room, the hotel may at any time refuse to serve those Guests further, without returning the deposit; only the services already used are settled.
• By deciding to come with a pet, you accept the rules above.
